@JohnPhilpin That's why he is saying it. Now Republicans will use that to scaremonger although 99.999% of Americans will never see a billion dollars.

@pratik not sure if we are at slight cross purposes. There are some who definitely grow their wealth by a billion or more in a year …it’s just for tax purposes .. it isn’t ‘income’.

@JohnPhilpin I think we’re on the same page coz as you pointed out, Bernie says income when we know no one’s “income” is a billion dollars. Warren rightly calls it wealth. Hence a wealth tax is worth pondering about.
