Dear Call Centers,

We know you aren’t employing enough people, so please stop saying ‘due to a high level of call volume we can’t talk to you right now’ (maybe not those exact words - but that’s what you mean), why not just come right out with it …

“We don’t employ enough people to answer the phone because your call is not important to us.”

@JohnPhilpin In general corporate America doesn't care about customer service. The clearest evidence is the sheer number of customer satisfaction surveys, which is all theatre.

@frankm ha … I tried to formally complain to Lowe’s … too hard … and then they sent me a how did the delivery go cussat survey … so I answered everything with 1/10 and added some story for context … no response yet :-)
