Overhead someone say, in not so many words, that my UI design for something was sub-par. 😔 Sad, but can’t deny that it’s true to a degree. Acknowledged area of potential development, I guess.
@lmika par between that group could be different to others. Also, note that sometimes people like to put others down. On the plus side, you are using it to develop yourself and evolve. Try not to let it get you down and used it as an opportunity to call it out with others and ask them questions 👍🏽
@Munish Thanks for the kind words. The good thing is that I don’t think this person was being malicious. It’s just a matter of them knowing what the decision makers like (they can be quite fussy) and that, with no UI designs available, the one I came up with wouldn’t do. Still felt it in the feels a little, but I completely understand where they’re coming from. But yeah, it’s still an area where I want to get better.
@lmika we all have to improve and can evolve on what we do. It’s the way that we receive the message that is key. 👍🏽
