Insomnia is not so bad if you have something to do to pass the time. When I have trouble sleeping, I like to imagine every possible awful thing that might happen to me or Julie.

@V_ @JohnPhilpin I think my late-night anxiety bouts are biochemical-based rather than real, if that makes sense. I'm fine during the day and it's not like my life situation has changed in 12 hours.
