I will never be able to find it again … an article from years ago about how people are generally very good at and love doing their own thing .. but few people have the staying power to finish things much less support them … translate that to writing code and you get what we’ve got … because it’s always more fun to reinvent the wheel than attach the wheel to a trailer at the back of the bike.
