Do you have E-commerce experience maintaining a website adding pictures, etc?
Do you have more than 2 years of experience in social media content creation?
Do you have skills in Google PPC, WordPress, Photoshop, SEO, and email marketing campaigns?
Are you able to type 40-50 words per minute?

I won't name the company, but these are some of the bullets in the LinkedIN job description ... (my brackets)
- Highly developed problem solving and rectification skills (compared to?)
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle (sure - I'm 'familiar' with a lot of things.)
- Experience in coaching and partnering with client stakeholders through change. (how much experience exactly? scroll down to see the pay level)
- An appreciation of data, systems and technologies used to drive strategic workforce decision making ( I appreciate a lot of things - adding 'data'. 'systems' and 'technologies' to my list.)
- Ability to explain ideas and concepts clearly to ensure a broad audience can understand. (what is the level of understanding in that audience?)
- A creative and innovative outlook, with ability to produce new ideas and concepts. (gotcha - I can do that.)
