I certainly liked how many of their 70s album titles strongly connected to the band's name. - The Road Goes Ever On - Nantucket Sleighride - Climbing - Twin Peaks

Strong argument and connections suggests that Mountain was the USA’s ‘Cream’. Definitely not as good though.
