@hjalm @terrygrier That’s Doppler, a non-streaming player. It’s not available on iPad (yet another reason for me to be anxious to no longer rely on this as my main machine) but is on both the phone and the Mac.
@toddwachob Ha! Yes, for sure. I still have certain apps but I’m switching them to emergency status, back-ups for the things I’m trying to do instead — doing certain tasks only on the iPad, etc — and want the only screen available to be about the only things I want to do with the phone on any sort of a regular basis.
@simonwoods ah! Excellent. I had been wondering about FLAC options. I wonder how long iTunes Match will continue to be supported. I have a large owned library and I need to think long term

@JohnPhilpin Yes I’ve tried Albums and liked it. Need to give it another go, see if they fixed some of the stability issues.
re: TIL — Thanks! I’m looking forward to releasing every part I’m working on at the moment, which is such a contrast to previous “normal” jobs I’ve had.
