Adding Blog Posts to Day One using RSS lmika.org

@lmika I’ve been doing the same myself since reading Patrick’s post. It’s a little better than the Drafts action I was using to post to both Micro.blog and Day One at the same time. The problem I had there is any photos were linked from the blog post, which isn’t ideal if I randomly decide to get a new domain name.

Yeah my rss pushes image into day one .. but no image .. and I get image not found ‘image’ first world problems :)

@sku_b @JohnPhilpin Thanks for the heads up regarding images. Yeah, this is something that might need some more tweaking if it becomes a problem.

@JohnPhilpin Yeah, RSS is really underrated, given how useful it is in a number of situations.

@lmika my tweak is to periodically drop into day 1 and delete the missing image image!
