I’ve been stirring polenta for nearly 40 minutes. My arm is aching.
@thedimpause Polenta is delicious! I can give you my no-work recipe if you like. But for some, all the stirring is part of the magic.
@JMaxB I have had ‘instant’ polenta which involved far less work - just pouring boiling water on essentially - but if you’ve got a shortcut for the standard polenta I’d be interested :)
