@Omrrc Like it too! I love his Ridgeline & Roden projects. Together with Chris Arnade's photo-essays, I worry that I spend more time reading about walking than I do walking.

@Omrrc Great post! Really enjoyed the comparison. I am really drawn to the idea of vagabonding abound the country but then common sense prevails and I will take myself off for a days walk in a place I’ve not been to before. There’s enough paths and lanes around me to keep me going for a lifetime!

@Omrrc I agree it was an interesting read, although I'm not sure I agree that it would have been the same in 1622 (or whichever date he chose). The area does change, though maybe not in expected ways. I like the sound of the GaiaGPS overlay he mentioned.
