@mandaris ++! I don't think there's a more healthful practice than a quiet, tech-free walk. and maybe the sandwiches are so good because they took 20 minutes.

@mandaris I think good sandwiches just take a bit of time šŸ˜„ I used to be strongly in the mindst of "can't walk anywhere without earbuds in and music", but these days I like the peace of just listening out for birdsongs, or whatever, too.

@jayeless Well, my wife has also been telling me that I shouldn't do it because we live in an apartment complex and I wouldn't be able to listen to cars. I think I would love to listen to birdsongs but with the smoke and ferrel cats, I haven't heard any in a while.
