Do you have a favorite lapsang souchong?
@toddgrotenhuis I get all my tea from Upton Tea Imports, and I just do what they tell me. I have a loose 3-day rotation: Gunpowder green, Russian Caravan, Lapsang Souchong. Of course that's after gallons of coffee in the AM.
@toddgrotenhuis Fun footnote: I started using Upton Tea Imports BEFORE THE INTERNET. I answered an ad in the Atlantic, got a paper catalogue, mailed in a check, got my tea. All those things that used to be so routine and that people can't imagine dealing with now. I like the fact that their printed catalogue still includes a form you can mail in to get your tea. My son makes a point of using the paper form.
