I used to play video games a lot. I used to enjoy them a lot. Now whenever I play I feel like I should be doing something much more productive so I just end up scrolling through Twitter.

@yorrike Same. I keep trying. I buy new games, play for an hour, then wander back to the computer to be "more productive". Then I just click things for hours instead. I really want to enjoy playing games, but can't find the groove.

@dominikhoecht @yorrike @jack I guess it also has somehting to dowith finding the game, find that game that will get you hooked and can't put it down. To me lately is mindless dumb games like the one I am playing now on the Switch, Warriors Orichi, it's hack and slash game, you vs a 1000. The Story isn't the most in depth story but it moves the game along and its fun.

@Gabz @dominikhoecht @jack That's always been the Legend of Zelda for me. I bought a Switch, played Breath of the Wild, then sold it. I'll do the same with Breath of the Wild 2. There’s games on Playstation and XBox I’d like to play, but I’m not going to drop hundreds of dollars to play a single game.

I’m just waiting for the next Apple Arcade game that'll grab me like Sayonara Wild Hearts did.

@yorrike there ya’ go. Sometimes it’s just as simple as that. Right now all in playing it’s on the Nintendo Switch. My two other consoles are getting little to no use. Maybe now that I got final fantasy vii remake, I’m using the ps4 more and still, not as much playtime as with the Switch.
