@Gabz right now everyone is becoming a twitch streamer, a podcaster, or a youtuber. Anything related to streaming, video or audio production is largely out of stock. It’s crazy.

@Gabz did you try Best Buy or other non-Amazon stores? I've been having miserable luck with availability, shipping times, and price inflation on Amazon lately, but other retailers have been better.

@Applegeek It makes sense, especially with everyone staying at home and such. Probably having the same idea I have. Part of me is not even sure if I should buy one, it is not like I want to start a professional podcast or anything, I just want to what normally would be a short post, make it audio. You know?

@Gabz Totally, I have a blue snowball mic that sounds good enough for casual stuff and beginning podcasting. There's also kits like this that seem pretty inexpensive and in stock. In a quiet room, the built-in iphone mic also doesn't sound too bad for quick, easy stuff.
