@Gabz oh I know that feeling all too well. What has worked for me is doing a quick 5-minute meditation each day. I do it first thing, and it helps quiet the noise. I find I’m more effective at prioritizing and executing after that. 😊
@sarcassem this is something I know should be beneficial but ha e never put it in practice. Well that’s not true, I did at my previous job, there was a “path” that would go around the company’s grounds (about a mile) and I would walk it every morning as a meditation prep for the day.
