@andynicolaides If you're open to suggestions, maybe get rid of it altogether. Have a text link to Archive on the right-hand side, and an About on the left. All sections can be accessed from the archive and all contact and profile information from a single About page.

@andynicolaides @yorrike I get this completely. I'm not personally a fan of the Categories list on the archives page. I think I’d prefer it to be horizontal instead, but that's just my personal preference.

@andynicolaides That'd be the way to go, tidying up the archive page layout. Another thing I'd note is that the replacement of the written links at the top with emoji may look better at first glance, but it's what's called “mystery meat navigation”, i.e., you don't know what the links are for, or even if they are links rather than just a emoji decoration. I used to do a lot of web development and design and it's one of those things people don't know about, and then they do, and they see it everywhere.

@andynicolaides Yeah. It’s a tough design problem. I don’t have categories, so avoid that issue altogether. Maybe try switching between themes and see how other layouts present categories?

@andynicolaides That’s a tough one. What separates a micro post from an article? Can you apply multiple categories to a post? If so, you could put all your articles in an “Articles” category and the. Have your “Archive” link actually go to www.thedent.net/categorie...

I’m not an expert in this area, though. @miraz may know how to do this.
