@Gabz For most part, it's mine too. Like you, I use flags, categories, and smart folders to keep track. For very specific or repeated tasks, I use a to-do app.
@Gabz Same here I guess whatever works for everyone. Sometimes we complicate things too much with many todo apps, Kanban boards, ticketing systems...
@Gabz I almost use the same process, if it’s in my Inbox it’s because I need to do something with it still. Otherwise it’s already been done and archived, or exported to my Reference database then archived. I tried to use Todoist Outlook Add-In but I would end up leaving the email in the Inbox until I finished it anyways. I think a system that is as simple as possible but still stops tasks falling through the cracks is the way to go.
@joshsullivan Right! I should look into the Todoist Outlook Add-in, didn't know that existed. (here I go again lol) but yeah, so far flagging and categorizing and archiving works perfectly. Even if I lose track of where I am at with something, I can always tell by the category or flag. So far so good!
