I have a feeling that with the new job, I’m going to be in need of a “true” task manager. Most likely either Things 3 or good old OmniFocus

@Gabz FWIW (maybe nothing), I thought the same thing when I started my current job last summer, and now find myself back to pen and paper.

@Gabz i find mysefl skeptical that any of those systems are simple enough to be intuitive

@redscott the thing is, most of these system cause me more stress sometimes than actual — helpfulness ?

@petebrown hm! Maybe something else to consider

@Gabz Also, congrats on the new job! I missed that news last week.

@Gabz I think the key is to try things, draw and past experience, and then be at peace with the tool(s) you choose. I like pencil and paper but the convenience and always-there nature of a digital solution has always tipped the balance for me. YMMV.

@andynicolaides yes! And thank you! I am pretty excited about this new opportunity

@Gabz Congratulations on the new job

@vincent That probably the simplest and less stressful solution. I don't know I need to see how that would work with the new gig. Also I might just use OmniFocus, I use it in the simplest way possible , things with due dates and flags, that's it

@Gabz OmniFocus plays nicely with Drafts
