80% of his allowance money goes towards new LEGO sets, and I’m okay with that :-)

@aa omg! This was me when I was a kid! I would save some of my allowance and wash my dad’s car just to buy LEGO sets!

@Gabz they are a classic and never disappoint!! When he is a little older I’ll definitely add washing our cars to his list :-)

@aa oh and don’t forget maybe mowing the lawn and depending where you are and time of year, shoveling snow ;)

@Gabz shoveling snow is definitely there already, more of a help than doing it alone though. We’ve gotten more snow than I care to accept the past few years (Florida is always on my mind). Mowing in a few more years as-well! Great ideas, keep’m coming!

@Gabz @aa Or weeding the garden ;-) (That was THE. WORST. as a kid, but I find it very calming now.)

And cleaning the bathroom, which might require a few more years yet?

@smokey YES to weeding! Yard work is not my thing, so I will happily delegate :-) same with bathrooms when he is older, and as long as he is thorough! Great ideas!! More cash money for him :-)
