@Gaby Nice workout! Though, it feels a bit weird to not see Kettlebell Swings included because I always do them every time I pick up the bell lol.
@ningkantida I may do some swings complex as a warmup. There might be lots of single rep (I think that’s how they call them) swings on leg days 😅
