I’m playing around with Bear again. I honestly feel like this is the best app for writing in Markdown, between just the feel of the app and the keyboard on mobile. I’m going to give it a whirl as a note taker for a while.

@skoobz thoroughly agree with the MD bit - first app that made me “get” markdown.

I still find myself using Apple Notes more though for simplicity sake and sharing with the wife.

@skoobz I also started to try Bear again. I’ve been using Reflect for a few months, and while I love writing in it, it doesn’t work for me from an organizational perspective.

I enjoy Apple Notes but can’t get over not having markdown.

Bear seems to have a nice blend of features I want.

@pratik definitely, you do with a script just like you can post directly from Draft.

And to make it simple, upload fotos with Mimi.

@ericgregorich See, that’s my biggest issue with Apple Notes. At work, I have these documents with weekly updates I’ll use the scan text feature with. The only issue with the feature is it doesn’t carry over any of the formatting. Markdown makes formatting the headers, etc. so much faster.

@pimoore I just export out with Markdown into whatever I feel like publishing with that day.

@mindofaaronw I find Apple Notes has an organizational structure I understand better. I’m on a two week trial, so, I want to see if I can get into this with Bear.
