@maique I’m glad that you enjoyed the episode, and thanks for recommending us! I love that you put n/a for the productivity apps… in all honesty, I only ever use Pages nowadays. I very rarely have a reason to make a presentation or spreadsheet.

@maique Yep, I can count on one hand the number of times that I’ve needed to make a spreadsheet for something outside of work. 😂

Regarding our show, I’m thrilled that we have that effect on you and others!

@pimoore @martinfeld @maique in my line of work, you all have no idea how many excel sheets I have opened on a daily basis. Not just for tracking data but also lots of different macros @canion

@pimoore @Gaby @martinfeld @eumrz @canion @maique Perhaps I’m a weirdo but I actually enjoy using spreadsheets! That said I use Numbers, not Excel. Different but not THAT different. Back in the day I also enjoyed creating/using FileMaker databases too. I just sort of enjoy data entry as a focused, mindfulness process. Coming from FileMaker I’ve also enjoyed using Numbers to create database-like solutions. Fun stuff. 🤓

@Denny I can only salute a fellow weirdo and admit that I like making spreadsheets too. I particularly enjoy hacking opposing parties’ calculations and proving that they are cheating. @pimoore @Gaby @martinfeld @canion @maique

@Denny Agreed. Now I use Numbers, but used Excel for many years. Autofilter and Freeze rows/columns were so great when it came to be.
