@vincent I use favorites for three reasons. First, and primarily, is to save photos I really like to my own, private “great photos” stream. Second, I save short posts or quotations that really grab me, so I can re-read them later for inspiration. Third, I sometimes create a favorite to bookmark something quickly to read later; I will usually delete these favorites after I return to them.
@vincent for read it later or read it deeper; to remember to check a link to quote or reply. I also try and use my favourites to post a wee summary of what I’ve found interesting at the weekend.
@vincent I still favorite things as if they were Likes, building a list of my favorite posts to reread when I feel like it (eg photos of cats that make me happy). I also favorite/bookmark posts that would look great in a screenshot, or posts that break my parser/rendering and make great test cases :)
