Which iOS app do you use to listen to MP3 audiobooks (not Audible)?
@rom I wish they did something with the Apple Plus subscription that included books. Whether reading or listening.
@pimoore @rom That’s why I do enjoy Audible. The $15 a month for a membership is a lot cheaper than buying books at full price. Obviously you can catch some good sales as well but I still wish Apple would do something different. They figured out a way to get magazine and newspaper subscriptions so I imagine they could do something similar here. Even if it was treated like a library book. You don’t own it but you can read/listen to it for a period of time and then it gets removed from your device. I don’t know.
@rom might your library offer another digital solution or subscription service? I think Hoopla offers some audiobooks?
@greghiggins @pimoore I think they’re staying as far away from that as possible - thanks to the ebook lawsuit.
@UndamnedOne yeah, I wish they do, but then again, will double check - might have the service considering that we’ve gone through a long time of remote learning and remote work
