@Gaby I adore my Apple Watch, but I think for an easily distracted procrastinator there’s no watch face, nor muting of notifications, that helps me be productive.

@Gaby is there any value to getting the apple watch and turning off all notifications? I dont want to be looking at my wrist all the time.

@Gaby I used to wear my Apple Watch religously. To sleep and everything. Then, one day a couple of years ago I decided I was tired of feeling like I was a slave to my devices. So I stopped wearing it. Now I will wear it some but not very often.

I’m kind of going through a similar phase with my iPhone. I’m experimenting with leaving it at home when I leave the house and not always having it on me.

@heyjonathan I think the main reason for me moving away from the Apple Watch was mainly that I kind of got tired of it. I managed my notifications well and all but it was still a little annoying and distracting, and yeah, you could turn off notifications but then, it’s just a regular watch, but a very expensive one. Although I could see a case in which you would want rich information at a glance and still not have the annoyances that come with notifications.
