@Gaby You’re definitely not alone with sleep troubles. Be kind to yourself and don’t fall for the lie that you have to be functioning at 100% all of the time.
@Gaby I‘m 💯% with you in this. I never felt so tired and overwhelmed of basically everything in my whole life. I‘m paralyzed and stressed out by really minor tasks around the house. Don’t even talk about work. You’re not alone… thanks for sharing, it shows others that there are others feeling the same way right now.
@Gaby I have had some really bad experiences that echo your feelings throughout the pandemic, most especially in the April to July timeframe. It has gotten better, but I took a lot of help to get there. I talked a lot with my partner and with close friends. I talked with my therapist. I talked to a business coach. And I was still flailing until I just… wasn’t. This will pass, but it may take a lot of work to get through. I’m sorry you’re dealing with it all, but I’m confident you’re not alone.
@Gaby I’m sorry to hear all this, and I know there’ve been times where I’ve been feeling so much like you are now (and hell, I wouldn’t say I’ve recovered 100% from those times even now). Hang in there, and know that you are not alone :)

@Gaby ditto. I mostly avoid reading/watching the news and stay inside watching any of a mumber of streaming services. I basically avoid thinking. I’m angry all the time.
