@ericmwalk Nothing faster than Drafts for ‘quick notes’. I am sure everyone is sick of me saying Craft at this point 😬 🙈, but that is where I keep all my ‘multi-media’ type notes as well as general text notes. I like one bucket to be able to search for stuff. I still use Drafts as well for quick cpture and then use a drafts action to shoot that stuff into Craft when ready. I know you use Windows for work as well so there is not native Craft option there, but there is a web version.

@Burk @ericmwalk I was I was recently litsening to an Episode of A Slab of Glass and the guest of that episode kind of sold me on Craft. I am fine with Craft having a web version for windows, it’s nice. Then there is Obsidian that has a Windows native app. SO I am well lets see. And yes Drafts for quick captures. I was using Draft’s quick capture wb thingy but i cannot longer sign-i n with apple at work soooo there’s that

@Gaby @Burk I have started to use Craft a little bit but I don’t think I have spent enough time yet to go all in. I think I am sometimes confused about how to organize stuff in there. I might have to just spend some more time using it and capturing things as that might be my best next tool. Also, I do like that I can at least access it from my Windows work machine as I have now voided myself of Android devices 😱

@ericmwalk I’ve also used way too many note taking apps. I find that Bear strikes a good balance of capability, attractiveness, and utility for both words and photos. It’s more feature rich than Simplenote, less fiddly than Drafts, and looks a whole lot better than Apple Notes (that might be a low bar).
