@ohBananaJoe That’s how I am right now, even yesterday I tried to do 10 mins of apple fitness, which I completed but I should followed by doing something else, a walk maybe but didn’t. Thought of doing push-ups, did three and meh! lol Motivation it’s gone…
@Gaby What is it about the gym that you like? I’ve never really liked it so I’m curious.
@mariovillalobos well, a few things/reasons
Having a place to go. I tend to be lazy when working out at home.
Having a plethora of equipment and “toys” available. I only own a kettlebell and perhaps access to home video type workouts. I like having a larger variety of kettlebell sets and proper pull up bars or ropes. I like using the rowing machine too.
And I think that is it really.
@Gaby Thanks for your response, that makes sense! Sometimes I feel like I would work a bit harder if I wasn’t at home and had more space to move around in, but I guess I’m a private person and working out with other people around gives me the heebie jeebies.
