@Gaby Good luck with it. I tried a lot of complicated things, but I finally just scaled back to using appointments in Outlook. If I do anything that looks like a list, the sheer length gets daunting.
@Gaby I feel you. For me, less is more. Finding the least structured means of tracking what I need to keep track of works best. A calendar and a simple checklist works best for me.
@russwinn I think that’s what I am trying to do in a way. Keep it as simple as possible, what I like about, let’s say TickTick, is the quick capture and natural language parser, I can be in a cal a quickly capture something or copy an paste something form an email.

@mpmilestogo LOL I totally forgot I’m using Google Keep as well, although I’ve discarded my notes that contain giant lists because of what we’ve been talking about. I do keep a pinned note at the top of the four or five most urgent things that need doing this week.
