@Gabz On your multiple play-throughs of Ghost of Tsushima what did you do different? It doesn’t see like the story will change.

@ronguest well, I see the different play-troughs like runs in rouge like games. The first time was more about the story and less about doing other stuff. Yes I did all the side quests but to me it was a bad run. The second time around I know better what I needed to do to get stronger quickly and upgrade they way I wanted. The third one, was for the joy of it but obviously was a way better run because I pretty much knew where to find all the things. Also played with the ending, making different decisions. Now on my 4th, I’m doing New Game +, and I get to use specific armors earlier in the game, I have all my cool charms and make the “run” much more fun and interesting, I can fight in ways I wouldn’t been able otherwise. Also I take my time getting things , now you get ghost flowers so you can get extra items like masks and dyes. You can get Ryuso’s armor and Sensei Ishikawa’s. And since I know the story, I can play things in different ways. I think in this run I will do the main story and then most of the side missions. Conversations change depending on the order of events.

@Gabz Thanks. I’m thinking to go back to an early-game save. I made several mistakes on gear/supplies through not understanding the mechanics that well. Then maybe a NG+.

@ronguest one thing I will recommend is to get the Charm of Inari , you can get it early in the game in one of the shrines, I would “google” it’s location, it’s a travel but worth it. Basically every time you collect supplies or woods and such, you get an extra amount. What out for linen, whenever you invade a camp or farmstead, loot the thing dry lol, linen is essential for armor upgrades.
