@Omrrc I much rather row than running but prefer swiming. Currently, my only two options are rowing and running. Unfortunetly rowing I need my local gym, COVID cases are spiking again in my town so I am alittle worry about going into the gym. Therefore, running it is 😩. That being said, I feel like I can get a good mix-cardio workout with kettlebells alone and maybe a few burpees here and there

@Gabz Yup. I much prefer rowing, I’ll run if I have to but not if I can help it! You can do so much with kettlebells. The problem is finding what you want to do!

@Omrrc Very true! there’s these two guys I follow in instagram that little did I know and found out much later, that they are brothers, and they post a lot of kettlebell workouts. What they call complexes or flows, a series of kettlebell movements and they are great. One of them actually has an 8 weeks single bell and body weight program that I have been lookming to get for a while. Also recently I purchase a deck of kettlebell workout cards. The Idea is that you pick random cards and make a workout out of that or you can select and combine.
