@maique adorable. Our daughter is almost 3 and we are still having the battle to get her to sleep in her bed. 😂

@maique you may have better luck. The main issue we had is that we lived in a one bedroom flat until she was 1. Normally we would have started sooner to have her in her own room. I can lay in her room with her until she falls asleep and then sneak out, but mostly she’ll wake up during the night and come find us. 😂 In those moments we give in and let her stay in our bed so we can sleep instead of fighting to get her back in her room. But we’ve made progress.

If you already have a room for the baby then you should have a better time with it. 😊 The hardest part is that sometimes you have to let them cry themselves to sleep so they get accustomed to sleeping there. That’s so hard b/c I want to go in and hold them to stop so they are not upset anymore.

@maique @maique exactly. The crying part is The biggest struggle there. Especially if you’re still learning the different cries and it sounds like she’s in pain.

There’s, unfortunately, no real silver bullet. I know some friends that had no issues and their kids started sleeping on their own very early and others that were still working on it at 2-3 like us. Best advice is to just keep trying and letting her lay in her room in longer spurts, as much as you can handle it. Eventually they learn and get used to it. They pick up so easy when we get upset and stressed so try to be calm with it. I think that plays a factor as well.
