@Doony I have it a lot. I think being aware of it is key to getting beyond it. But a lot of the time I’m not aware of it, or I just feel uneasy but I’m not sure why. For me. Meditation and journaling helps a lot.

@aeryn agree with the journaling. That’s a daily must-have for me. As for coping with IS, I just remember the reason I’m doing the job, and I feel better.
