Holt: In 2018 Russia divested of all US Treasurery bonds and bought 30 metric tons of gold. That should have sent off a warning bell. It did not.

Holt: We are stovepipers in a fusion world.

Holt: We need a new regime and world to udnerwrite this. I see more peril in defending the status quo and then preparing to defend a new world.
