What I find striking is that there are still people that think that somehow these things wonāt contiune to get worse. The above linked discussions on the various droughts are perfect examples of people just wishing for the problem to go away and that includes fairly high level government officals that just are not planning properly because they fear it will be politically unpopular. So, it would seed the plan is to just keep moving forward like zombies, unable to think or repsond, just a shambling forward until we canāt.
