@takeo A really cool read. I’ve been thinking of getting a pour over set myself (I have a Breville/sage espresso machine and an Aeropress at the moment) and I really like the design and the functionality you describe with the stagg. 👀

@DaveyCraney it’s great! Pour over is pretty fiddly, but this set makes it as easy as it’s going to get. And there’s something about pour over, some of the best cups I ever made for myself have been with pour over. It tastes the most like “coffee” if you get what I mean.
