@eivind @ConatusPrinciple Hiya! It's now a subsidiary of Amazon, but abebooks.com still has decent pricing, and granted, I haven't used it in a long time, it usually had more free shipping options.

I've stopped buying physical books and opted for free pdfs :) I still prefer paperback though. Gl, happy reading!
