Politics can either be a parlour game of ideological point-scoring or it can be the business of meaningful change. To be the latter our politicians must avoid the temptations of descending deeper into the culture wars.
@adders I’ve been disturbed by some of the British politics rhetoric over Covid and how it seeks to use pro/anti-Brexit lines to deflect criticism. I certainly hope I am wrong there and admit that I do see a heavily filtered view from abroad.
