Grovel much Google?
@bradenslen To be honest, I think this is the right thing to do. If I ignore that it’s Trump’s decision and is stupid, if a government changes the name of a place, the maps (of that country) should update to match. If Google maps UK changed then I’d say it was grovelling.
@ChrisJWilson You might have a point there, but if I were Google I’d take my sweet time before changing the names. Especially for a body of international water, like the Gulf of Mexico, which the US does not own.
Plus I’m a grumpy old man now and I don’t change quickly or easily anymore. :)
