The Analog Revolution will be won in text: typewritten, handwritten, fountain pens, pencils and fat 4 color ball point pens. No crayons. If you are an adult and write with crayons they will lock you up. Just saying.

@bradenslen Challenge accepted... need to get to the local stationary shop
@bradenslen I have an analog Kanban board (see andysylvester.com/2019/01/0...), I like the physical writing and moving of the post-it notes and making a tall stack of notes in the "Done" column
@bradenslen there are “adult” (expensive) crayons. Check out the fancy art suppliers. Brushes are good too.
@AndySylvester I am playing with a Getting Things Done (GTD) Kansan around the Pile of Index Cards (PoIC) “system”. @bradenslen - typed cards, 4x6”
@Marty I trying to figure out a way to emulate a commonplace book using a virual pile of index card - like system online. cc. @AndySylvester
@AndySylvester I really like the PileofIndexCards system @Marty told me about, but I'm not quite ready to go that analog. So an online system might be best for me.
@bradenslen @AndySylvester the pile of cards Ksnban turned out to be clumsy. I put it all on Trello after 2 days. 😟
@Marty @AndySylvester I'm going to try it for at least two weeks. Wrote my first card this morning. However, I have the same feeling. I can repurpose a lot of this if I have to: I need to make a hard copy inventory of several collections and I still like card files for that.
