I don’t know what COVID does to coffee tastes buds? My regular taste buds are gratefully receiving and enjoying a little food. However, after a week of not wanting coffee, I brew a favourite brand and it tastes like mud water to me.
@crossingthethreshold Yuck! Covid loss of taste is no fun at all. It took mine about a month to come back completely. I hope you get yours back soon.

@crossingthethreshold I have the same thing. Just coffee. All of the subtle notes of nice coffee just aren’t there. It started during my second week of COVID and two weeks later I still can only taste the darkness of the roast. I’m crossing my fingers it all comes back.
