@toddgrotenhuis Interesting stuff. I've been pre-diabetic for a decade (fighting the good fight) and I've never used a CGM. But in spot checking post-meal glucose I found some surprises that mirror some of yours. Like, rice is awful for blood glucose (roughly equivalent to eating pure sugar) but ice cream is fine.
