@alexink I know, I know...thankfully my morning self is more realistic than my late night self. "Bro, you got to bed late working, just get the sleep you need."
@alexink I am afraid of this. I’ve had ~3h30m-4h30m on average for years. Sometimes with some sleep during the day, but it’s been periodically bad.
@alexink It’s a number of factors but yes. It’s been better lately though, after doing some work on my coffee consumption, cutting back on medication and such.
@odd I have a circadian rhythm disorder. It's like weapons grade insomnia, because I never know when I'm going to fall asleep or when I'll have energy.
@ChangelingMx I’m sorry to hear that. If it isn’t possible to treat it, one probably will have to get some sleep whenever possible? I haven’t really been able to pinpoint what makes a good productive day for me, as opposed to a day when I can’t seem to get anything done either. Sure, a decent nights sleep helps, but it’s not the entire picture.
@odd There's one medication that tteats it. Insurance doesn't cover it, and since it's side effects are similar to melatonin, I and a lot of people can't have it.
