I wonder if publishers who sell the ebook edition of a $40 book for $39 end up being surprised at how low their ebook sales are? Or are low ebook sales the point?
@baldur if the publishers paid attention to the quality of the ebook, providing decent quality images, proper layout and even minimal attention to typography, it might be worth price parity. But I just don’t think they care.
