Another reason I love USB-C. Needed power in a pinch at the car dealership. Can’t do that with MagSafe.

@Burk Nice! I bought a portable battery that can charge my iPhone OR my MacBook Pro. Haven’t gotten a chance to test it yet but hopefully it works right when I need it!

@Burk So I just realized this is USB A. Did you have to do anything special or did a USB 3 A to C cord charge the laptop?

@Burk That is great to know! I would have assumed it wouldn’t get any juice! Definitely gonna remember that one for when I’m in a pinch.
