Another 4:04am Sleep Not Found I’m afraid..
@Burk I’m listening to Why we sleep by Matthew Walker, and while there’s some things I already knew, (but hadn’t implemented), there is also some new (to me) information. Last night I slept steady from 10-11pm to 4.15am. A welcomed surprise. 😴💤
