To move from Google Calendar to Apple Calendar on an iPad:

1. Subscribe to your Google calendars via the Account system in the Settings app.
2. Check to make sure they’re all in there.
3. Remove Google account from the Account system.
4. Check to see if they’re still there.
5. Done?

... so basically, maybe it works. Which is nice.

Why the hell do Apple not believe in a big IMPORT button and let it be done with? Utter madness.

@simonwoods they don’t believe in it because they think you’re already in their eco system... because they don’t think beyond their bubble.

@vincent Unless they want to use it in their advertising... I would be somewhat less bothered if they didn't make such obnoxious noise about "Windows uers."
