@JohnPhilpin Maybe they are referring to California’s delegates? Votes are still coming in today, so we don’t know the distribution yet.
@JohnPhilpin Almost certain, but there’s a .000000000000000000000000000001% that all the millions of votes left to be counted are for Bernie, thus it still only “looks like” he’s behind in the delegate count. 🙄
