How about this then: I added the skill of taking a 30 minute nap after lunch and I practice almost every day

@ronguest Hmmmm, you worked on the skill of self-care during an incredibly stressful time. Sounds far better than pushing oneself to “use the pandemic productively”. :)

@ronguest Those articles are infuriating. I have never spent so much time on cooking, cleaning, and childcare as I have since the COVID lockdown came. We gave up on most of the help we ever hired out on those things, for social-distancing reasons. I figure that most families would report the same kind of thing. I suppose things would be different if I were 22 and single or something...
